6570 Marine Drive, Whytecliff, West Vancouver - Recent Sale in the Area

Bought in December 2016 for 2 million dollars and then extensively renovated.  Just sold for 2 million dollars, the tole of a slow market. Although I have to say; I think we are nearing the end of the ‘slow’ market.  The number of sales each month continues to climb. It really is only a matter of time before the existing inventory is absorbed and then we wait for a new 2020 spring show.  Stay tuned folks!!
