Has the Market in West Vancouver Recovered?

Based on a rather slow September, most people were getting ready for a long, slow winter.  Well not so quickly with the doom and gloom.  All of sudden out of nowhere the phone starts to ring again, people start making reasonable offers again and a collective sigh from the realtors can be heard as far away as 'Hope'
It will be interesting to see if this is just the last kick at the cat before Christmas (sorry Kitty) or whether as predicted Vancouverites have already become sick and tired of being 'sick and tired'
