West Vancouver Real Estate Update
Good Evening Folks
I was speaking with one of my clients this evening and he was telling me how upset his dog gets when he goes away on business. He then proceeded to tell me about a book he was reading, written from the prospective of a dog “It’s fiction” he said – Seriously!
Anyway I diverse. What a whooping day for new listings. 70 new listings to the North shore today. Quite a number of them re-list from last year, although a few interesting picks.
Stunning water front on Lawrence Way for $1,895,000. Really if you would like to live on the Waterfront, your options under 5 million are few and far between. Lawrence Way is literally 15 minutes from Park Royal. Well worth a visit.
A few new listings in the Glenmore area, listed around the 1.5 mark. Just not sure how, or when Glenmore became that pricey for an old home with Lipstick. All of the homes listed above 3 million were listed for the better part of last year.
Quite a few of the buyers that purchased in the nose bleed sections of the British Properties are scratching their collective heads today as they remain trapped by a slight dusting of snow today. Let’s hope they’ve got milk – they could be there for a while.
Loads of new product in North Vancouver as Northlands Terrace steadily releases their new condo’s to the MLS. A great pick for the first time home buyer is at Foxwood Hills (29 900 W 17th), a really nice 3 bedroom townhome just a block from the heart of the Hamilton area.
