Victoria Marathon

Good Morning Campers,

Congrats to all the runners that took part in the Victoria marathon and half marathon yesterday. Rena Brown of Dexter and Lance Phillips of MacDonald Realty both took part and finished just behind the Kenyan's.

Mary Brookes of Royal LePage set a rip roaring pace in the half marathon, many followed in her jet stream.

The last quarter of 2010 promises to be a busy one. The inventory appears to be dropping and the buyers are still coming out of the woodwork in droves all waiving their pre-approved mortgage certificates.

Rumour has it, that there is a new listing coming to the market in the Seymour area of North Vancouver under 700k. It must be a misprint; can you really still find a 3 bedroom home on a large private lot on the North Shore?
